💪🏼 One of my favourite exercises on the Jumpboard (which FYI we are still loving) is scissors.
🙌🏻 It’s a great exercise for building abdominal endurance, lengthening and strengthening the hip flexors and challenging coordination.
💕 Start in flexion, reaching up towards your right ankle. Press away through the left leg and whilst ‘mid-air’ swap the legs and land on your right and reach up to your left.
🙋🏼♀️ Focus on the upper torso staying really steady and the legs being the only movement made. Land gently, maintain imprint and imagine a tennis ball under the chin to keep neck alignment.
