This is a 15-minute mobility workout that you can do throughout your pregnancy, especially if your back is feeling particularly stiff.
I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant. And this routine will take your spine through flexion, extension, gentle rotation, and lateral flexion.
All you need is a yoga mat, or a spot on the floor!
