ROLLUPS These are important exercises for encouraging spinal mobility, abdominal and hip flexor control, hamstring length and for challenging the spine extensors (if practicing option 3 or 4 in this video). I've given you 4 options starting from beginner and getting progressively tougher. If you are lordotic it can be a real challenge due to lumbar stiffness (but it's equally helpful for you!). Try to peel the spine away from the floor one vertebrae at a time and visualise the legs being heavy. To prevent over-flexing the neck imagine an orange under your chin 🍊
